Financial Payment Policy for the Lisan International Program



Financial Payment Policy for the Lisan International Program: 

  • Program Cost: The total cost of studying in the program is $11,999. All announced costs in the program are calculated from this total. 

  • Initial Payment: At least 50% of the fees must be paid immediately after receiving the acceptance letter into the program. 

  • Reservation Fee: An amount of $399 must be paid to reserve a place and register in the program. 

  • Full Payment Deadline: The full program fees must be paid by September of the academic year at the latest. 

  • Non-refundable Fees: Venue reservation and registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 

  • Refund Policy:  The amount paid will be refunded in the following cases: 

1. Not being able to obtain a visa from the consulate. 

2.  Not attending more than 3 lessons within a period not exceeding a few days from the beginning of the program.

         


TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • Course Cancellation: We strive to conduct all advertised courses. However, we reserve the right to cancel courses if necessary. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative course. If you choose not to accept the alternative, or if there is no suitable alternative, we will refund all fees you have paid to that point.
  • Recovery Classes: Please note that if a class must be canceled, the make-up class will be scheduled within the same term, typically in the same week as the canceled class. 
  • Behavioural Expectations: We reserve the right to remove you from the course if your behavior is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or disrespectful. In such instances, you will not be entitled to a refund for the course. 
  • No Refunds for Absences: Please be aware that no refund will be provided if you fail to arrive on time for your course or miss any classes for any reason, including illness. 
  • Contact Information: You are required to provide us with your contact details and an emergency contact. You must inform us immediately if these details change during your enrollment. 
  • Responsibility for Course Information: Any information we provide about the courses is important and should be fully considered by students. If any issues, problems, or difficulties arise due to not considering our information, you will be held responsible, and no refund will be provided in these circumstances. 
  • Age Requirement: Our courses are designed for participants aged 18 and above. You must ensure that you meet the age requirement for your course at the time the course commences. 
  • Group Size: While we aim to respect the stated maximum group size of 10, we reserve the right to exceed this by up to two additional participants. 
  • Non-transferable Fees: You are not permitted to transfer your fees to another person or use them for another course or program.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: If a situation arises that is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to take any action that we deem fair and reasonable.
  • Schedule and Program Date Changes: We reserve the right to alter the schedule of classes during the term, as well as the start and end dates of programs, based on the institute's requirements. Any changes will be within reasonable dates, not exceeding a week.
  • Health Responsibility: All participants in any program are responsible for any health conditions or sickness-related issues that arise during their enrolment in any program. No refunds will be provided due to these kinds of issues. Please ensure you are in good health before enrolling.
